Details to recreate issue:
Scrolling with the trackpad in the racks stops after a few scrolls and only when I move the cursor its starts scrolling again. There’s a link to a video showing this. I know you can’t see me scrolling but please believe me, when you see it stop scrolling in the video Im still scrolling up and down on my trackpad. Dropbox - Error
