“Rain On The Roof”. A new song inspired by… yeah, you guessed it! - rain on the roof! I actually find it quite comforting… and relaxing… soothing. Often helps me sleep - except of course when it’s torrential and absolutely pounding on the roof! 
There’s a line in the song - “…that echo too loud when the silence rings”. That’s actually a reference to one particular nighttime annoyance I often suffer - tinnitus!

Thanks! I actually went through a creative drougt that lasted nearly 10 years, though I did keep my hand in by producing and mixing for others during that time - it was a little side hu$tle which has now unfortunately dried up.
So, it’s certainly is good to be back in the swing of things with my own material once again. 
This one is certainly worth your extra effort, Ian. Loved the lyric and the overall feel of the song.
