You can hide stems and hide noteheads in engrave mode.
For the “broken” you can use 2 voices and hide the notehead of the top voice.
If it isn’t notated in a open meter, you might use hidden tuplets.
I’m not sure how to create the brackets. I found solutions with playing techniques, usinge staff text or in my opinion the „cleanest“ way creating a custom horizonal line.
