Hey all! I’m relatively new to Cubase and I’m wondering if there’s a way to randomize velocity only in a selected section? The MIDI Functions don’t seem to have random options and the Midi Modifiers affect the whole track. I’m using Cubase Pro 10.5 and can’t seem to find any info on this. Thanks in advance!

You Logical Editor, please. If you open a Key Editor (or other MIDI Editor) the preset is applied to all MIDI events of the MIDI Part. If you make a selection, the preset is applied to the selected MIDI Data.
The Preset could look like this:
