range creates Cycle marker

I was just watching a video for N6 ADR. In the video a cycle marker was created every time a range was created. I can’t figure out how to do this. I don’t do Post (just music) but could see this being very handy. Anyone?

Look for the key command “Insert and name Cycle Marker” along with the preference “Editing → Cycle Follows Range Selection”.
