Again, that’s a good feature, but it doesn’t address my original request. This is partly -my- fault because I failed to mention another small but IMPORTANT benefit of using the FAT scrollbar from prior versions of Cubase… namely when the project scrolls to the next screenful.
Re-centering the cursor does NOT help once that occurs. But, of course, when I was able to use the mouse on the FAT scrollbar, this was easy-peasy.
So my feature request is… after all the kerfuffle… for naught, I’m afraid.
There really -is- no substitute for the FAT scrollbars. They were =wonderful=.
And for those who say, “JEEEZ JC, YOU’RE ALWAYS WHIIIIIINING!” Well. After 15 years with the product, it never dawned on me that they’d change such a useful feature. I also don’t worry about people reducing the amount of O2 in the air. Or the number of volts coming out the AC wall socket. Some things you just expect to persist.
