Having a nightmare of a time, I have lost Halion and Groove agent…just figure it would be easier to reinstall the whole of elements 10 and start again…however I cant seem to get that to happen either…can download and install but not get it activated…I re register my eliscence but dont get a new activation code…I get the same error everytime I try download assistant “failed to update components”…follow the online help and re install elisence center and all the other stuff…still no luck…really just need a simple step by step instruction because Im not that computer savy to dig in and find the problems…hope some one can help
