When dowloading new VST FX plugins (other than Steinberg), they usually appear in the Media FX list (right zone of project window) under “Others” category.
Is it a way to re-affect those plugins to the appropriate category, like “Delay” or “Dynamics”, etc ?

VST 2 plugins can be re-arranged via file explorer. The VST3 plugins are not able to move in the same way. You should use the Plugins manager to make your own system/categories for this.
