Reactivation problem with WaveLab 10 Elements

I wish everyone a good day. I have a problem reactivating WaveLab 10 Elements. The activation code indicates that it has already been used. Not displayed on my profile. Therefore, I cannot reactivate the product. Thank you for your help. Michael

if it’s not in your MySteinberg account then you are going to need to contact support - you can do that in your Mysteinberg.
