After having successfully installed Cubase element 10.5 When trying to reactivate my license, having carried out all the steps correctly (register the soft elicenser on the mysteinberg page and reactivate), in mysteinberg, in the section where registration I get this message: They have not been found products in this eLicenser. The software registry has disappeared and I cannot generate an activation code! I have already tried all the suggested procedures on the web. Please Help me.

Please, get in contact with your local Steinberg support. By the Activation Code or the Download Access Code, they will be able to find the Soft-eLicenser Number. If the number belongs to your MyStienberg account, they will renew it for you.
