Ok, hopefully someone can help me out. Ive got the Cubase 6 elements pack with wavelab. well i did until i had to reset my computer. Ive got receipt of payment for the online payment and old activation codes. for some reason i downloaded the elicenser, and when i type in my activation codes for either one it will show what it is. then it brings up a message saying something about inserting a usb licenser, which i dont have. Seems awfully difficult to contact this company directly. and i cant get into my account even with them sending a temporary password to the email address that i originally set up everything with. thanks for any help here
