Real-Time Export even when disabled?

Hi all, bizarre issue with C9.5 here, curious if anyone else has experienced it. When doing an Export Audio Mixdown, my system has taken to doing a real-time export, even if the option to do so is disabled in the window (as in attached). Any clues as to what might cause this?

I cannot reproduce it here. It works as expected.

Do you use any External FX or External Instruments?
