im having to use realtime export or else the files sound strange. this wasnt an issue when i was just kicking out mp3 but im worried that if i do full track exports for mixing it will ruin the stems. ill try a small 8 bar export as a test but has anyone else had this issue? its taking hours to export projects so id like to resolve it
Sorry, but “strange” doesn’t really tell us anything.
Is it a quantifiable difference?
What plugins are you using?
Is the sound difference consistent?
Do realtime vs non-realtime exports fail a null test?
Bottom line is that there’s no way to address your issue without a bunch more detail. And… barring the use of plugins that have a realtime randomizing element to them, there’s no reason why it should be happening.

i saved over the bad file with a realtime render ill make a new one when i have time and refresh my own memory. i put all the ipad projects on hold after the first time it happened ill try to reproduce it tomorrow sick kid today
from what i read it may just be because i have the multicore safety buffer set a notch below default
Please share a short clip with us which shows all steps leading to the problem. In addition, please let us have more details about your device and OS in use, external plug-ins etc.
In addition, you may give the following steps a try, to see if this will resolve the problem:
- Close all running apps (including Cubasis).
- Fully shut down your iOS or Android device (turn it off).
- Restart the device and Cubasis with an empty project.
Does the problem persist, when using Cubasis on its own?
