My audio performance meter is showing “real time peak” spikes while monitoring is selected during playback. This only affects my instrument tracks. I’m puzzled because when I turn the monitoring off the meter goes down and stays down below about five percent. My “Average Load” shows 30 percent and less even when the “real time peak” spikes. Does anybody have any ideas on a solution. Note: This occurs even when my Asio driver is set at 1024.
