Recording directly from youtube

Hi

i’m playing a lot of sax to youtube transcriptions (sheet music) with backing tracks.

is it possible to directly record from youtube into one channel and record sax/vocals into another in cubase while being and reading transcription on youtube (browser)

It might be easier if you simply download the track from youtube.

If you google youtube to mp3 there are numerous sites that will do it for you.
