Recording Multiple Patches Sound Different Than Single Help!

Hi All,

I have Cubase 5 and i’m recording off my keyboard workstation.

What i’m trying to do is record each track individually so I can edit them in Cubase. However when put all together they sound completely different from if I was to record the entire song with multiple patches at once.

How can I get it to sound the same please help!!

Are these tracks MIDI or audio?

Hi Curteye, all the tracks audio .

Perhaps your keyboard workstation is adding some additional processing
to the ‘over all’ outputted sound.

So when you record each sound separately that additional processing
does not get added.
