Recording vocal and guitar

I’m new to recording and have cubase 10.5 and am running through steinberg UR22mk11. my question is can you record guitar and vocals mat the same time? If so,how?

Sure. Set up two independent inputs and route them to two independent audio tracks.

There are other methods, of course.

You don’t mention exactly how you are recording what, so … that’s about all I have until further details are provided.
