Reduce size of Dorico project file uploads?

Is there a way to reduce the size of a Dorico project file so I don’t get the “file too large” error from the forum software? I’m having issues with (found a design flaw in) how Master Pages are inserted. I have two files, each about 4.5 MB, and can’t send them.

More on this: the project file included a JPG graphic. I removed it–no impact on the file size. What is left in this project is 15 pages of text, with 4 flows.

Changing the playback template to Silence usually makes a significant difference.
