Registered email address is inaccessible

My USB_eLicenser is registered to an old, hacked email address of mine which i have no access.

I also can’t generate a new password to MySteinberg account related to that hacked email.

Is there a way to reset the USB_eLicenser?

I think you have to contact Steinberg support to take care of that. Do you have licenses on it?

Yes, i have Cubase pro 11 license on it .
I tried to find a way to message Steinberg yesterday but i can only contact the distributors in my country i suppose…
