Registering Cubase 11 pro after update

I hope someone can help me, because I really don’t know anymore?

I bought the Upgrade to Cubase 11 Pro (boxed with extra dongle). I myself have Cubase Artist 10.5, so luckily all I had to do was buy the Upgrade from Cubase AI 6 or higher, and that’s what I did.

I was able to properly install and register on my Steinberg with the product key, but it goes wrong when activating…

It keeps saying: No license to upgrade found. Please connect a USB-eLicenser which contains an appropriate license to your computer.

Now, of course, I already had an eLicenser on which a number of things are registered. Like Cubase Artist 10.5. I also tried transferring it to the new eLicenser, which was easy. But registering 11 Pro he refused to do.

I have an iMac with the latest OS version 12.3

You need to have your Cubase AI license on a USB dongle. What you bought is not an upgrade from Artist to Pro

Luckily I also had a download acces code for AI because I have the UR22C :slight_smile:
Now I’m upgrading
