Rehearsal mark positioning above groups

I have Rehearsal Marks configured in Engraving Options as left-aligned with systemic barline, horizontal offset of 3 5/8 spaces. In single-player layouts, this gives me the look I want:

But in multi-player layouts, and in the score, the rehearsal marks stubbornly sit at the left margin:

Am I missing some other setting? Here’s a sample project:

That option is only meant to apply to rehearsal marks that would potentially collide with the systemic barline (e.g. above the strings), and not to rehearsal marks above the system. Apparently the fact that it does apply to single staves is the bug.

It’s probably not sufficiently clear from the way the option is described, but the idea behind this option is that if you end up showing rehearsal marks on a staff in the middle of a system, the offset should be applied to avoid a collision with the systemic barline; it’s actually not supposed to take effect when the rehearsal mark is above the top staff or below the bottom staff of the system, so in fact the bug here is that it applies when there is only a single staff.

Aha! Then +1 for Fred Gunn’s request. I’m completely with Fred on this one: neither fully left-aligned nor to the right of clef and key signature matches my desired look. (To the right of just the clef would probably be close.)

Yes, that’s close to what I want…but only for rehearsal marks at the start of systems. It also right-aligns all the ones in the middle of systems, which is not at all desirable.
