I’m confused about the Bar Number setting: Show Bar Numbers at Rehearsal Marks. Even when I have this unchecked, the bar numbers still show at the start of a system with a rehearsal mark. I see in an old thread from 2017 that Daniel said that they will only hide if they actually collide, but I’ve had situations where the bar number is forcing the rehearsal mark to move higher and indeed when I manually hide the bar number, the rehearsal mark drops down to the position dictated by my vertical setting in Engraving options. Surely if you have this option unchecked in the bar numbers section in Layout Options, a bar number at the start of a system which has a rehearsal mark, should automatically hide…Or am I missing something?
