Is there a way to relocate the (recommended) Sound Content for Dorico Pro 4. It’s 10GB that I don’t want on the default drive.

Yes. use the Steinberg Library Manager app.

My Steinberg Library Manager is empty, but, s you can see above, all content installed correctly.
Then I guess you have to wait for some official Steinberg person to reply.

User error on my part. I moved the ProgramData/Steinberg folder to a different drive and linked it back but apparently that isn’t possible. I moved everything back, the libraries appear in the Library Manager and I successfully moved them (the correct way).
