Cool sounding mix guy!
I like the “breaths” between chord changes in the synths for the first verse, to me that really builds the tension. My only qualm is music is about tension and release.

When I listened to this, the first verse builds in tension very nicely, and I know whats coming (cause everyone knows this song) its the “ITS MY LIFE” part. That first chorus in my opinion has to come in swinging. It has to hit hard, fully released… all guns blazing :smiling_imp: :laughing: …and it just didn’t hit me in the face :unamused:

In a club when this tune comes on, a disappointing first chorus is gonna be… not good :open_mouth: :confused: :frowning: :cry:
