feature-request : Improve MIDI mapping; Cubase 11.5

I don’t know how many times has been suggested, but I think Cubase mapping is very old and complicated, both in Ableton and FL Studio, is just about activate a software button, select the VST knob with the mouse, move any knob of the MIDI controller or the synthesizer used in this case as MIDI controller and the mapping is ready… that is; the knob of the VST is assigned to the knob of the physical equipment… Is there any plans to improve any of this in further versions?
