Remote SDK Download

I understand that Steinberg has a Remote SDK that provides deep control access to Cubase and Nuendo. Is this part of the VST 3 SDK, or a separate SDK? And if it’s separate where is it downloaded from?

I have an email into Steinberg support but was hoping that someone here has experience with this.

up. did anyone found out ? I am looking for that sdk to develop a standalone app that’s communicating with cubase for remote controlling the expression maps.
