I need to remove a vocal track from a live MP3 to create a karaoke version, I have tried phase reverse on the right track once the MP3 has been split into 2 mono channels however this seems to simply cancel out ALL audio, is it possible to remove vocals from a live recording ? my concern is that the vocals may not have bene mastered centrally.

I don’t know think there is a way to do this with Cubase alone.
You will need some 3rd party tools/help.

not all procedures work.
