licenser build: 6.7.1.8145
uninstall version: le 4
wishing to install: le 5
I have a cubase le 4 version with license - dont remember the user name when installed
I uninstalled the cubase le 4 in order to install a newver version
but the licenser keeps displaying the license of the previous version
the option remove license in the licenser is diactivated - see screen shot attached
how can I force the license removal?
how can I make my computer free of all the info from the previous instalasion
waiting for a helpfull hint or tool

I have the same issue. The “Remove” option is greyed out even after reinstalling the eLicenser. Is there a solution?

Just wanted to clarify something - I have Cubase 7.5. My particular issue is actually with HALion 5, the trial version. I just want to know how to remove a license. As when I try to activate the trial and I’m getting a message that says something along the lines of “you can’t have two licenses of the same type”. I had assumed that it may have to do with the HALion Symphonic Orchestra trial, which doesn’t expire for another couple of weeks, and though that removing that license may fix the issue.
