Unfortunately Lines don’t work with Condensing at the moment (and this is on the fix list for a future version; see https://forums.steinberg.net/t/lines-not-appearing-in-condensed-page-view/154953/2?u=pianoleo).
In this case you would actually be better off using Playing Techniques.
