Rename Layout and use "Insert Music Text…"

When printing parts, I don’t like seeing “Clarinet (B flat)” as created by the {@layoutName@} token. “Clarinet in B♭” is much better—and it’s what appears in the full score.

When renaming layouts, having access to the “Insert Music Text…” dialogue would be great. Of course, having Dorico automatically use the flat music symbol would be best.

For now, you can include accidentals as tokens, like {@ flat @} (but without the spaces either side of “flat”, which I’ve included due to forum formatting).
