Render In Place Mix Down To One Audio File Disabled

If I select 2 audio tracks in Cubase then select Render In Place, the checkbox for Mix Down To One Audio File is disabled, no matter what I do…

Any suggestions?

Hi, @bcoble

This is because, in the Processing section, you have selected the Dry (Transfer Channel Settings).

Try any other options of this section and the File Location > Mix Down to Audio File option will be tickable again.

I seem to recall not needing to do this in v12 - is this a change in v13 or was my problem between the chair & the keyboard? :thinking:

No, it was already the case in C12, but I’m not able to confirm that the issue is between the chair and the keyboard… :innocent: :sweat_smile:
