Render in Place results in audio out of sync

Hi!

Here is the issue I have:

  1. I open a new project
  2. I draw in midi and choose any VST instrument to play it
  3. I click “Render in place”
  4. Audio that has been created from midi is not in sync. It comes audibly late.

Cubase 9.5, PC, 16 RAM, i7

How much? How big is your Buffer Size? Lower offer Size (while Render) should guarantee lower jitter.
