Render in place with pre and post-roll

Hey guys,
unfortunately “render in place” in Nuendo 12 only offers a post-roll (release time) setting in its dialog.
How can I achieve it that “render in place” also takes over the pre-roll value?
Is there any workaround (maybe with macros, logical editor, …)?

In the end I want to consolidate several audio clips into one clip with a set value of silence at the beginning and the end.

Agree that it would be useful to have.
In the meantime, Would it be an option to make clips into an event with a silent clip at the start?
Is batch exporting cycle markers another option?

yes, that’s the way I do it currently.
I’m using silent audio clips with the correct length as “spacers”

works but it’s not the most convenient way.
