Rendered audio not lining up on grid- SOLVED

Hi there,

Just installed Cubase 8 and rendered audio is not lining up on grid on the quantize (1/1, 1/4, 1/16 etc).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance…

Have you used warp on the original audio track?

No- sorry I just realised my mistake- the snap point was set well over to the right hand side in the sample editor- not sure why that would be but an easy fix.

What is warp by the way?

Warp = Freewarp or Warp quantise. Quantising or manual positioning of audio without cutting (using timestretching)
