Is it possible in Cubase 4 to cut mixtape into individual tracks and render with labeling?

Thanks for responding. I apologize for my explanation. I record mixes and would like to cut each track and be able to label each individual track. So, my hour long mix is broken into however many tracks in the mix without interruption playing back on cd but are still separated by track.
How the tracks play back on a CD depends on the settings you make in your CD burning program. Depending on the used CD burning program, cutting the track might be more convenient there, than cutting in Cubase, then bouncing and burning.
