I would like to be able to replace CC events with different CC events. For example, All CC11 messages with CC1 ones.
Not all the sound libraries use CCs to control the same parameter. For example, some of them use CC1 to control dynamics, while others use CC11. Some use CC20 for vibrato intensity, and others CC21.
Being able to quickly replace them would make adapting a score to a different sound library much easier.
A case I’m facing now is not even involving different libraries: switching from VSL Flow mode to the Precision mode. The same sounds, but different CCs to control the same parameters. Going from the one to the other would be a messy thing.
In Logic or Cubase this could be done quite easily. Not so, unfortunately, in Dorico.
