Recently a couple of weeks ago, I lost my eLicenser and purchased a new one at guitar center. When I got home, I did everything with it, I registered it, got the latest eLC, etc. But then came the confusion when I saw the Zero Downtime button. I clicked on that… stupid me on the new USB not the lost one thinking itll be zero down time ill have my license. And when it said it was gonna report it lost, I thought it was gonna report the other eLicenser lost. Nope. Now my new eLicenser which I have here in front of me is irreversably lost. No option to switch it back anywhere.
I put in a ticket 2 weeks ago and still got no response. Any ideas? Thanks.
I have the numbers to both eLicensers if they are needed by the way.
