Currently you can copy and paste them, but it would be nice to be able to save and load them as well, allowing users to quickly load a Pads set up in another project.
Setting up the Pads can be time consuming, so being able to save and load them I think would be useful.
We hope being able to provide more features for the Pad section at some point in the future.
For now, please note that the Pad settings are saved with the project and per instance/track.
The copy/paste does not only work for different tracks, but between projects as well.
