I would really like the option to move rhythmical augmentation dots vertically. Has this been considered for future versions?

Yes, requests for more control over rhythm dots have been made before. It’s definitely on the developers’ radar, but we don’t know when it will be addressed. In the meantime, there are several Engraving Options (subheader Notes) for how rhythm dots should behave. Maybe there’s a setting that happens to apply.
