"Request Support" Button Absent in My Products

I own “Cubase Pro 8.5 US” and “WaveLab Pro 9.” When I login to my online Steinberg account, I see both products are activated, but only the WaveLab application offers a “Request Support” button. Is there something wrong with my Cubase activation? I need to submit a Cubase support request.

Are you on the products tab?..try the MySupport tab.

The MySupport tab asks me to “choose product,” and supplies a drop-down menu with only WaveLab available.
