I have been experimenting with the Chord Track feature in Cubase 15 Pro most current version. It is a great thing to have and the chord combinations that can be chosen are fantastic.
Unfortunately, When trying to use the Chord Pads to trigger the variations of note patterns that play I find it very frustrating to try to arrange the chords on the chord pads and then record them following the chord chart that I made. It is very time-consuming and takes a lot of effort to convert these properly. I usually try to use the Midi Keyboard to trigger them, but end up having to go section by section of a song. This takes forever to do (for me at least).
I am requesting that if there is a way to use the existing chord track, but have those chords trigger the patterns from the track, that would make the work flow and frustration level a lot less. I know that currently, you need the midi controller or else trigger the pads via the mouse. I am really hoping that somehow, using the existing chord track for a song would be able to also trigger whatever patterns you can choose from the 'Piano or Guitar and the patterns chosen for those, much like you do with triggering the chord pads, or from the Midi keyboard.
I would be so happy if this option was available! Thank you very much for considering this added feature!
