But resampler is not working as expected, it freeze the sample rate in 10.0.20, and all of my master section presets containing the resampler are crashing wavelab 10.0.30 when loading.
Can you replicate that ?

No known issue with sample rate switching in WaveLab 10.0.30
It was tested with numerous hardware.
What is your audio device? How do you produce the crash? What operating system?
Macos Mojave with RME Adi2pro, you are right ! this is a plugin in the chain, i will contact the manufacturer.
And the resampler is working as expected !
