Reset instruments presets in Micrologue

I changed presets in micrologue without saving it before. How can I reset the presets without new installation on my iPad ? I have finished projects, which I do not want to lose. Thank you!

Hi @Thies_Wrobel,

Thanks for your message.

Normally, factory presets itself can’t be overwritten.

  • Microlougue allows to store your own presets
  • When changing a preset in a project, the edited sound will be stored within the project

Please note that “Micrologue” is fully documented in the Cubasis in-app help.
If required, here is the link to the “Micrologue” chapter of the additional online version of the Cubasis help:
https://download.steinberg.net/downloads_software/Cubasis/Cubasis_3_Web_Help/IN_Micrologue.html

Hope that helps!

Best,
Lars

Thanks, but even after a new start, I can hear not the original sound anymore,
It seems, that the changes are saved.

Hi @Thies_Wrobel again,

Please give the following steps a try:
(1) Load the “New Project” template.
(2) Close all running apps, including Cubasis.
(3) Fully shut down the iPad.

Once done, please relaunch the iPad and Cubasis.

Does “Micrologue” works as expected when you load the instrument in the pre-loaded “New Project” template?

If so, it normally should do the same, when being loaded onto a separate track in your given project.

Hope that helps!

Best,
Lars
