I would expect, this integration is at Native Instrument side.
As far as I know, if you hit Stop button once, the project playback stops. If you press it for the 2nd time, the project cursor jumps to the position, where did you start the playback.
And then there is a dedicated command to jump to 0 (Project Start), which has nothing to do with the Stop button.
