I have a score in the key of F. The result is, that Dorico shows the Chord in Fb (Bbb, Cb, etc…), wich makes it pretty unreadable. How can I make Dorico show "normal Chord, like E, A and B?

You probably want to change the transposition that you are using for the capo chord symbols to something enharmonic. What value are you using at the moment?
