In the Sample Editor, when using VariAudio, notice that applying a Quantize and/or Formant Shift before splitting a note results in the “new” note (after the split point) losing that Quantize and/or Formant Shift applied to the original note. This makes for a jarring transition through the split point.
I’d suggest keeping the original Quantize and Formant Shift (and anything I’m neglecting to mention here) properties on both notes, before and after the split point.
