Retrologue Instrument Icon in media tab does not appear Cubase 14 Pro

Retrologue is installed but the picture of the instrument is not displayed in the virtual instrument tab–just the default keyboard symbol. Halion is displayed and when the keyboard icon is clicked all the vst files show up.

I re-downloaded Retrologue reinstalling it but the icon still does not show.

I am using a hight speed external disk to store all libraries and the registration and transfer was completed successfully.

All Cubase components have been downloaded and activated.

It is more of a “cosmetic” appearance issue rather than a functionality issue.

Any ideas? Similar occurrences?

Have you tried just taking another VST Plugin-In picture?

It may be easier to just open Retrologue and click the wee camera “Add VST Plug-In Picture to Media Rack” button.

Note this works for all your VSTis, not just SB instruments.

Well…. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH.

I AM VERY NEW TO THE CUBASE 14 MACHINE HAVING UPGRADED FROM 4.5 ON AN ANCIENT WINDOWS XP COMPUTER. SO I’M ON A BIG (AND ENJOYABLE) LEARNING EXPEDITION.

YOUR SUGGESTION WORKED PERFECTLY AND SOLVED THE ISSUE

THANKS SO MUCH

CHUCK
