Return to start position when a part is activated

I think there is a bug is Cubase 10.5. in regarding to the Transport function.
If there is no Part selected every works fine .
However when a part is activated or a part in an edit mode and you stop playback, the project cursor automatically returns to the position where recording or playback last started.
In preferences Return to Start Position on Stop is not selected
Doing the same in Cubase 10 or Cubase 8.5 or 8.0 it works as it should be.
I work in both Windows and MAC environment but the behaviour is the same
