Hello. After migrating about 40 licenses from elicenser to the new Steinberg Licensing system (today), I started Cubase 13 and got an error message that Rev-X is not licensed (and, obviously, won’t work). It has worked without any problem since I bought the UR22C in August (this year). Can you explain what to do? Thank you.
Hi,
Make sure, you have the latest update of the plug-in installed, please.
Martin: Thank you for contacting me. Suspecting it was a licensing issue, I telephoned Steinberg’s U.S. Customer Service after posting my note, and a man named Tim was kind enough to help me resolve the problem. Should I delete my post on the Steinberg Forum? Thank you again. Robert Evangelista
Hi! I have the same issue with rev x. Can you please tell me how you resolved the problem?
You install the latest software version and you run the changeover to Steinberg licensing procedure.
Hi. My memory about this is not good, but I either had to install or re-install some supporting software mentioned in the printed materials that came in the box when I bought UR22C. If you don’t still have that info, I suggest (assuming you’re in the USA) calling Steinberg’s U.S. Customer Service. They are very knowledgeable and will have your problem solved almost before you get the words out of your mouth! Bob
I will contact steinberg support. Greetings thank you
Thank you for the response. Already tried that and it tells me that the license it’s already used by another user. I’m gonna contact the steinberg support. Greetings!
When exactly do you get this message? Are you sure you have the same account logged in to the website where you redeem the voucher and in activation manager?
So i recently bought an ur22c audio interface and registered all the licenses that came printed within the box on the elicenser software that was installed with cubase on my computer but when I try to open any of the basic FX suite effects from inserts i get this “no license found” message so i got to my steinberg account and indeed there’s no license registered for the basic FX suite effects then I tried register the serial number of elisenser on my steinberg account but pops up this message : this elisenser serial number it’s already used. Same thing with the license of FX suite when i tipe it to register it
Ah right…I thought you were transferring from elicenser to steinberg licensing as the original poster…I think support will send you a new code in this case.
They have already generated and registered a new licence for me in my steinberg account. Best regards!
