Somewhat. Engraving Options—Notes. I am not sure whether that option available there would simplify the doubled unison that you have… I know it works for up stem and down stem when they share a unison.
Thank you Dan, the engraving options seem to be not useful for doublehead notes, only for unisons in two voices. These unisons are common for double strings (open string plus fingered string with the same note, used by Mozart, for example).
You can do this by creating a Doubled Unison Notehead Set. Beat 1 below is a doubled unison, beat 3 is single note with a Doubled Unison Notehead Set applied:
